A few tips to help:
1. Make small changes - Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your weight loss be done in a day
2. Increase movements - walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator OR park further away from the office/store
3. Become your own best friend - when mistakes happen (which they will i.e. you will over eat, or not move/exercise as much etc), look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself
